976nm laser diode

此為搭載光纖連接器的光纖耦合 976 nm 雷射二極體，提供單模及高功率多模版，可搭配 CW 或脈衝雷射二極體驅動器使用。窄頻寬輸出設計適合 Yb³⁺ 或 Er³⁺ 摻雜光纖的泵浦應用，並採用 Bragg 光柵技術。單模採用 FC/APC 光纖連接器，在奈秒級脈衝模式下，光纖輸出峰值功率最高可達 1200 mW，脈衝寬度最短可達 1 ns；多模採用高功率 SMA905 光纖連接器，可提供最高 140 W 的 CW 連續波輸出，搭配 106 µm 芯徑、NA=0.22 的多模光纖。
