Aerodiode的光纖耦合808 nm雷射二極體通常應用於CW或脈衝雷射二極體驅動器，它們可與高速納秒脈衝驅動兼容，多模雷射二極體可與配有空氣冷卻的高功率CW脈衝驅動兼容。
單模808 nm雷射二極體在納秒脈衝模式下，功率高達600 mW。大多數二極體+驅動的解決方案被用來優化為單發到CW脈衝性能，脈衝寬度低至1納秒。該雷射二極體由內部的電路板產生脈衝發生器或外部TTL訊號提供精確脈衝。
本產品CW模式和脈衝模式下共有4種多模版本，用於200μm多模光纖中，功率高達 100 W。
