Aerodiode配有光連接器的光纖耦合976 nm雷射二極體通常應用於CW或脈衝雷射二極體驅動,可與高速納秒脈衝驅動或CW脈衝驅動兼容。所有模塊均具有窄帶寬,適用於Yb3+或Er3+泵浦(布拉格光柵技術)。
大多數976 nm雷射二極體+驅動的解決方案被用來優化單發至CW脈衝性能,脈寬低至1納秒。976 nm雷射二極體由內部的電路板脈衝發生器或外部TTL訊號提供精確脈衝,納秒脈衝模式下功率可達1200 mW。5種多模版本利用106 μm多模光纖(NA: 0.22)CW發射功率高達140 W。
每個雷射二極體均有獨立的光連接器: 單模版本的FC/APC,多模版本的高功率SMA 905。
