大多數 976nm 雷射二極體+驅動的解決方案被用來優化單發至 CW 脈衝性能,脈寬低至 1 納秒。 976nm 雷射二極體由內部的電路板脈衝發生器或外部 TTL 訊號提供精確脈衝,納秒脈衝模式下功率可達 1200mW。5 種多模版本利用 106 μm 多模光纖(NA: 0.22)CW 發射功率高達 140W。
每個雷射二極體均有獨立的光連接器: 單模版本的 FC/APC,多模版本的高功率 SMA 905。
