Aerodiode 的光纖耦合 1064nm 雷射二極體通常應用於 CW 或脈衝雷射二極體驅動器，可與低噪音 W 或高速納秒脈衝驅動兼容。此雷射模塊內置 TEC 控制器，提供可開發或可總和版本，納秒脈衝模式下功率高達 2W。
大多數雷射二極體+驅動的解決方案被用來優化單發至 CW 脈衝性能，脈寬低至 1 納秒。該雷射二極體由內部的電路板脈衝發生器或外部 TTL 訊號提供精確脈衝。多模版本可提供，CW 發射下功率高達 10W。
