1550nm 雷射二極體可與高速納秒脈衝驅動兼容,解決方案適用於 LIDAR 飛行時間測量或 3D 傳感研發領域。
單模版本的 1550nm 雷射二極體納秒脈衝模式下功率高達 500mW。大多數雷射二極體 + 驅動的解決方案被用來優化單發至 CW 脈衝性能,脈衝寬度低至 1 納秒。1550nm 雷射二極體由內部的電路板脈衝發生器或外部 TTL 訊號提供精確脈衝,產生突發形狀變得容易。
