1650 nm雷射二極體可與高速納秒脈衝驅動兼容,解決方案適用於OTDR等光纖測試。單模版本的1650 nm雷射二極體在納秒脈衝模式下可實現高功率雷射發射。大多數雷射二極體+驅動的解決方案被用來優化單發至CW脈衝性能,脈衝寬度低至1納秒。該1650 nm雷射二極體由內部的電路板脈衝發生器或外部TTL訊號提供精確脈衝,產生突發形狀變得容易。。
